Our tours begin
and end near major airports and railway
stations for easy access. Call us before
finalizing your travel arrangements
for information on meeting points and
schedules for arrivals/departures.
Accomodations
Each tour price
is per person, generally based on double
bedroom occupancy. In some locations
participants may occupy larger rooms/suites/apartments
for more than two persons. Participants
signing up individually will be assigned
roommates of the same sex. In most
tours there is a limited number of
single-occupancy rooms available, for
those paying the Singles Supplement.

Singles Supplement
Will only be
charged for those requiring single-occupancy
rooms.
Prices
Prices are
presented in Euros (€), with approximate
price in US Dollars (US$) only for
your guidance. Prices are guaranteed
independently of exchange rates variations.
Our prices include only what is listed
on Included and do not include airfares.
Reservations and Deposit
To keep our
tours a personalized and top-quality
experience we prefer to limit the number
of participants. We recommend you reserve
early to avoid disappointment. To reserve
a tour of 8 or more days, a deposit
of €330 (approx. US$300) must
be paid. We accept major credit cards
over the phone. Alternatively you can
send us a cheque with the Registration
Form, which in both cases, must be
signed and faxed or mailed to BikeIberia.
Cheques must be paid to BikeIberia.
Final Payment
Final Payment
is due 60 days before the Tour begins,
we prefer to be paid by cheque or bank
payment order to BikeIberia. If we
do not receive a Final Payment in the
designated period, we assume it as
Cancellation
Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you cancel your booking 60 days before the Rental / Tour begins you will be refunded the paid Deposit* less a Cancellation Fee of €110** (approx. US$100). After this dates there will not be Deposit refund.
Refunds on total price paid will be of 60% for Cancellations received within 40 to 59 days before Rental / Tour begins,
and 40% for Cancellations received within 15 to 39 days before Rental / Tour begins.
There will not be Refunds for Cancellations received within 14 days of Tour begin.
Cancellations must be made in writing; the date received in bikeiberia office applies for Refund Policies. No refunds are possible after the Rental / Tour begins.
* Bike Rentals: 50 Euros
** Bike Rentals: 25 Euros
bikeiberia reserves the right to refuse participation prior to or during a trip to any individual whose behavior and/or attitude interfere with general enjoyment and well-being of other tour members and if anyone, participant or bikeiberia staff, is endangered by this individual. In case any of the above mentioned happens bikeiberia will not be liable to refund or pay any compensations. In any case bikeiberia is not liable to refund for unused services.
bikeiberia reserves the right to change itineraries or tour arrangements if necessary or by what is known as force majeure.
bikeiberia reserves the right to cancel a Bike Rental prior to pickup for any reason, in which case a full refund will be made if cancellation occurs 60 days or more prior to the scheduled pickup date of the rental. If we are forced to cancel a rental, we will award a 100% refund.
In the case of a Rental / Tour Cancellation by bikeiberia, e.g. due minimum number of participants, registered participants will be refunded in total amounts paid to bikeiberia which is not liable for any payments or compensations due to additional expenses such as non-refundable Advance Purchase airline tickets.
Bicycles and Equipment
Our bicycles
are of quality up to international
standards, produced by renowned makers,
Hybrid Bikes of 21-speed and Front
Suspension Mountain Bikes of 24-speed.
All bikes come with water bottle cage.
Hybrid Bikes have a rear rack.
On a BikeIberia Tour a participant
is liable for using the bike, damage
other than the normal wear & tear,
and in case of theft.
If you decide to bring your bike it
must be in excellent roadworthy condition.
For comfort and safety
regulations you must wear a Helmet,
up to international standards of safety,
at all times when riding a bike. BikeIberia
can supply you a Helmet without additional
costs.

Insurance
BikeIberia is
fully insured according to the law
for its activity, Third part liability,
Work accidents for staff, and car passengers
on our vehicles.
All participants on tours with BikeIberia
will be insured for Personnel accidents
of €15.750 (US$15.000) in case
of Death or Permanent Disability and
€1.575 (US$1.500) for medical
expenses and repatriation.
We recommend all participants to ensure
your Travel Insurance has adequate
coverage for Cancellation and Refund,
Luggage, Medical Expenses and Repatriation,
Death and Permanent Disability.
Image Use
BikeIberia reserves
the right to use without charges any
photographs or images of any kind from
participants for bona fide promoting
and marketing purposes.
Law
This Terms and
Conditions may only be waived by a
Director of BikeIberia in writing.
When you sign the Registration Form
you agree to accept all this conditions,
and when we accept your reservation
we agree to carry out our obligations
to you as defined in this document
and other information provided to you.
Bike Iberia is under the law of European
Union and in case of any legal dispute
the Portuguese Courts are competent.
Unforseable Circumstances
You must accept
for participation in a BikeIberia Tour
that it is necessary the normal flexibility
of an Adventure Outdoor activity and
acknowledge that delays and alterations
and their results are possible.
